Wild Things reserves the right to cancel the order or change the shipping rate and carrier if the weight, order size or shipping address results in a higher shipping cost than originally anticipated.

REFUND / RETURN POLICY
Should the goods purchased prove to be the wrong size for you, please email info@wildthingsgallery.com.au within 14 days of purchasing, reference your name and order number and we will issue you a return authorisation number. Goods must be in the condition you received them, (brand new, unworn) You will receive a credit note to the full value of your order as soon as we receive your returned item. If you are returning an item and prefer a refund, we can issue a refund less shipping & a 15% restocking fee. 
Please note all sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

DELIVERY /TURNAROUND
Domestic: Please allow 5-7 business days delivery by regular post, and 2 business days for delivery via express post.
International Customers: Please allow 6-12 business days for regular parcels and at least 3-7 business days for express international shipping.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs charges. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We ship all international orders on FCA (Free Carrier) terms, which means the buyer is responsible for any charges that may apply once the order arrives in the destination country, including VAT and customs clearance fees.

PRIVACY POLICY FOR CARDHOLDERS
Our webstore is built around the shopify platform which is one of the most popular ecommerce providers and powers more than 60,000 stores internationally. It includes an SSL certificate that uses industry standard 128 bit encryption technology and level 1 PCI DSS compliance.

Transit Damage
Wild Things packs all orders carefully to minimise the risk of damage in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include: your order number, clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging and photos of the damaged item. Please retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved. We will assess the damage and, where appropriate, arrange repair, replacement, or lodge a claim with the carrier.

Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier. Wild Things is not responsible for delays once a parcel has entered the carrier network, however we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving delivery issues. Wild Things is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

CUSTOM SURFBOARD ORDERS

Deposits & Cancellations
Custom surfboards are made to order and require a deposit to commence production. Once production has commenced, deposits are non-refundable and custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to change of mind.

Production Timeframes
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may vary due to shaper availability, materials supply, and manufacturing conditions. We will communicate any significant delays where possible.

Order Confirmation
Customers are responsible for confirming model, dimensions, colour, finish and any special requests at the time of deposit.

WARRANTY
Wild Things offers limited warranties on select branded products. Please refer to our full Warranty Policy page for detailed coverage, exclusions, and claims process information.
